...and still is, an avid Ford fan, at present driving a Focus 1.6 zetec.
I had taken a few cars out on test drives, such as the galaxy and the Mondeo, I even test drove a Zifira, even though it had the hated Vauxhall logo on the front.
The mondeo was top of my list for space and drive until i jumped behind the wheel of the Focus C-Max. This is a family car with everything one requires.
To drive one of these is a pleasure in itself with the power ... ...position, slightly further forward than the norm, almost positioned on the dash-board.
The space around you is excellant, with more headroom than the taller of you really need and seats which scream comfort on every corner.
There is plenty of space for the kids in the back with loads of leg room so less kicking the back of your seat.
The boot space is plenty enough for the family suitcases on a long haul and can be accessed from inside the car ...

this car is well worth a look at and certainly a test drive, you will not be disappointed, the spacious interior is excellent, a full five seats with good size luggage compartment, lots of compartments for storage,even has secret hideaway under feet in back!! ideal to store small personal effects whilst out shopping, drinks holders for those children who need a drink but without the risk of upsetting it whilst you are driving, back seats convert ... ...superb, smooth and easy a real pleasure to drive.It has a leather trimmed steering wheel, trip computer which tells you how far you can go before filling up again, the temperature outside, the average speed. It has allow wheels, a protection system which is great it consists of double front, side and side curtain airbags,it also has a rake and reach adjustable steering column, front fog lamps, drivers armrest, electrically operated and heated door ...

Advantages: Good drive with a solid feel Disadvantages: Consumpion ,reliability,blind spot on roundabouts
...day i had it the radio packed up then the doors etc.etc,i feel i would not get another it is just not as good as i thought it would be ,and i have allways had Ford cars.Total electrical failure is the last straw for me.
Sorry ford C-max never again ...
