...service people at my local ford dealership. I have now had experience of 2 road accidents with my focus, one of them I was in the car. The first accident happened last summer, a large dumper truck came round a sharp bend and a rock fell off of his load onto the front bumper of the car and rolled underneath. When the accident first happened I thought the damage was going to be severe but luckily the bumper only got a scratch and the protective shield ... ...for the severity of the accident.
The second accident, which I was not involved in, was a little bit more serious. Two members of my family were in the car, a van pulled out in front of an oncoming car, the car swerved and lost control, it then spun 180 degrees and the rear of it impacted the front driver side of the focus at 40 mph.
