...my father-in-law sent the wonderful fox in socks book as a birthday present. There is a warning of the front cover of this book advising you to read slow and that the fox is tricky and will get your tongue into trouble, well he was'nt wrong there. From start to finish this book has you and your child laughing it is so pleasurable to read and bedtime reading never seems to be a chore when my daughter chooses this book to be read to her. The Dr seuss range of books is clealy marked in three caorgary of readers: preschollers, learning to readers and fluent readers. For learning these books are excellent, the child is reasured they have read it right by the ryhme. While the excellent illustrations provide a second assurance. They also make th reader want to read more which lead to a happy, fluent reader. While leaves the parent with an empty pocket the short books RRP is around £4.99 ...
...stores. This sacrifice of money though is all compensated when you peep round you childs door to them giggling and fluently reading word for word. Further more the range of books progresses with the child, there is over twety books which can be read again and again, it is hard to run out of books to read.
