A very good bargain mb for daily usage. Not an ideal for hardcore gaming. I was hoping for the worse as this was the cheapest i could find, but very pleasantly surprised.
No problems and currently with Celeron D 2.26Ghz and 1.5G RAM, i am doing hardcore programming development under XP. Slight lagging but I think its due to my CPU.
The only thing that needs to be rated is whether its Linux compatible. Since I already have access to another Linux box, no chance for me to test under Linux.

I had bought this board after throwing Intel 865GBF in dustbin, it works very nice as compared to Intel 865GBF. As it is built on Intel 865G series but it works good than Intel.
I have personally used 3 intel 865GBF and all had a problem in it even one of my friend replaced 5 Intel 865GBF boards because the problems occurs in this board.
But Foxonn board is very good thn intel. It has 3 PCI slots, one 8x AGP slot, built in VGA, 5.1 sound(RealTek), ...
