Advantages: Great hold. Disadvantages: Not for all hair types as it states. Can be sticky on hands.
...ended up picking out the Fudge Hair Shaper: firm hold factor 2. I had a read of the back and as well as styling it said it could also be used to scrunch hair. Since I have curly hair I have pinched it a few times to try and define my curls better.
===== Packaging =====

My brother goes through about a pot a month. If you used the suggested small amount I would predict it would last you about 3 months.
===== Opinion =====
I must admit this is probably best for short hair, but it does help define my curls. Sometimes my hands tend to get stuck on the ends of my hair because it is a lot longer. My brother gets some great results, ...

...to my bemused friend that fudge is actually the name of the styling wax I use to achieve not only the best 'spiked' hair this side of an episode of Buffy, but also the most delicious smelling hair outside of a Rowntrees factory.
Smell is one of the most powerful, evocative senses which can elicit all kinds of emotions, from revulsion to a state of olfactoral ecstasy, and Fudge Hair Shaper is definitely on the latter end of that scale. This stuff ... ...waft of your girlfriends perfume... Fudge makes you smell as good as you look - every time, and notta lotta hair products can boast that!
Ok, ok, enough about how it smells, does it actually do the job it's supposed to do? I hear you cry.
I'm happy to report that the definitive answer is yes, it certainly does. After you've gotten over the heavenly smell, the first thing you notice about this product is it's wonderfully gooey nature. This immediately ...

Advantages: Excellent hold, smells great, washes out easily, not that widely available. Disadvantages: Expensive compared with most high street styling products, not that widely available.
...anyone says when you're wearing Fudge is that your hair smells nice. Definitely the best hair styling product I've ever used, it doesn't just smell nice, but holds extremely well and even when you use it as regularly as I do, lasts for ages.
I first discovered Fudge when my mate came into school and the aroma of his hair was the main talking point amongst most of the girls we knew. It turned out that he had "borrowed" some Fudge Shaper off his brother, ... ...sweet-smelling styling solution that is Fudge Shaper. With no idea where I could get it, but remembering something about it being hard to find, I turned to my perennial problem solver, the internet.
After a quick search, I found a few outlets stocking the somewhat comprehensive Fudge range, and placed an order with SBS UK (www.sbs-uk.net) for small 25g tubs of both Shaper and Putty, in order to try before committing myself to a bigger purchase. ...

Advantages: lasts forever Disadvantages: not found in many High St shops
Fudge shaper is quite possibly the most impressive stying product I have found (and I used many i my years of being a hairdresser)The first thing you notice about it is that it is extremely gooey. You could easily be forgiven for thinking it is last thing you want on your hair as you try and prise the lid off without covering anything nearby in a sticky white mess. However the smell of it is usually enough to make you consider it a little longer. ... ...mix in a bit of Fudge putty before you add the water.
Fudge products are starting to appear on the High St.,but still the easiest way to find them is in hairdressers. The Shaper is packaged in a orange and black tub, so fairly easy to spot.The tub has an inner lid which seems a bit pointless at first, but in fact stops it from turning into an unusable stodge.The worst thing you can do is leave the lid off.
The cost varies from shop to shop, but ...

...beauty reviews!
Since purchasing Fudge Shaper from Slapiton.tv. (excellent customer service by the way) it has become one of my most used and favourite products. I am a bit of a flibertygibert when it comes to beauty stuff...buying brand after brand of stuff then discarding the poor flicked off product, to be later palmed off to my unsuspecting sister or mother! Anyway the fact that my Shaper is still being used warrants me recommending it to you. ... ...My First Fudge Moment In the orange and silver 100g tub of Fudge Shaper I found what looked like white creamy textured wax/cream. It felt sticky to the touch and I was very dubious at first about putting this gunk on my hair...but the smell lured me in. Hmmm... fudge smell. I loved the smell immediately. So I dipped in my fingers into this white sticky fudge cream, rubbed my hands together a bit, then spread and scrunched it into my dry hair to create ...

Advantages: Amazing Looking, Amazing Smelling, Lasts Forever Disadvantages: A little pricey, but lasts longer than cheaper products
...stuff rocks!
I discovered fudge shaper when my hairdresser used it on my newly-short hair. She was doing this 'shake about and scrunch' thing, and the first I knew was this beautiful smell! I bought some straight away!
It smells sweet, but not at all sickly. Fudge is an apt name to describe the smell and texture. At around £9 a tub, it's not cheap, but it outperforms similarly priced products like TIGI Bedhead.
You only need a tiny bit, and it's ... ...a tiny bit (tip of your finger) between your palms, rub together and spread through towel-dried or dry hair, then scrunch and rub until it looks great! The heavenly smell lasts all day, as does the style. It washes out easily, though. It takes 10 seconds to use, and the packaging is smart but functional (no more trying to get the last out of the tube!)
Easy and quick to use, long lasting, great smelling....is there nothing this product can't do? ...

...the wind hits it. but fudge hair shaper holds it perfectly in place whether i choose to have it curly or straight. plus, it smells AMAZING. the product also stays in until its washed out, which it does easily, but once applied, you can reshape and restyle your hair even after brushing. and you get no white felecks or crumbling of the product, in fact the only giveaway of its presence is the smell!
the only percieved disadvantages could be its gloopy ...

Quick review of Fudge Hair Shaper 100g
I read reviews about this styling product prior to purchase, i was really looking forward to using it on my short, choppy hair. Advantages: Great hold, and really nice smelling! Disadvantages: Can be sticky on your hands after touching
In my opinion, fudge shaper is ideal for creating spikey/ messed up styles for short to medium length hair. It enables you to create a flexible style which also holds its form really well, and it washes out easily too! All fudge products also have a unique smell, and i personally think this is the best out of the range. It creates a finish on your hair which is not too shiney and not matte, which i think looks best. Its not a cheap product, but is ...
