...but was promptly replaced by fujitsu siemens with no fuss at all. So i was very happy with the customer support available. For the price of this computer I am amazed at how many 'up to date' features it has such as the n-vidia geforce 9600gt graphics card, quad core processor and an easily adequate 3gb of RAM.
