Advantages: Big screen, decent processor
Disadvantages: Low amount of RAM (reports as 192mb because of shared graphics)
Very good laptop for the money, decent specs, runs sluggish due to low ram, would recommend adding another 256mb/512mb DDR2 stick, not really up to playing games due to old technology graphics (no pixel shader or hardware T&L) dvd's play very clear, fantastic for web browsing and listening to music (speakers a bit tinny, very good through headphones). Advantages: Speed, Excellent support for Linux, Great memory, Very nice looking
Disadvantages: It comes with Microsoft's Windows
This is the best laptop ever! Great performance and very good support for the open source platforms like Linux. The only pitty is that there was issues with ACPI and Linux(Slackware Linux had a problem controlling the RPM of the fan).
It's got very fast memory(ddr2) and a nice big TFT screen. There wasent anything bad about this laptop. I would recommend it to anyone. The hdd is great too. If you want to can have a look at a tutorial I have written ...
