Advantages: A great entry level laptop, good price Disadvantages: lacking a dvd writer
As with every computer manifactuer they have so many options and choices, change one number or letter and you have a completely different setup. I guess its a good thing for the consumer offering such a range of choices if a little baffling, and i would not reccommend the advice of the highstreet store helpers half of whom wouldnt know a gigabyte from a megabyte.
But back to this laptop ( the comparison specs for the series can be found here http://support.fujitsu-siemens.de/KnowHow/GB/Produkte/AMILO/Vergleich_Amilo_K_EL_L.htm ... ...at Comet in the new year came with an average printer, one of those that is cheaper to buy a whole new printer than the ink cartridges ! It also came with a nice carry case. All for £699
Id like to think im a fairly advanced user of computers using them often for my university work and film pieces. My first instinct was wanting a high spec laptop to complement my high spec desktop. But i realised that this laptop although an entry level was more ...

(+) cool and quite robust trackpad, good display,64-bit windows 7 (-) few connectors,dell drivers only, not realy for gameing (most models), finger print prone!
