I've had trouble sleeping lately and I'd tried hot milk (made me feel like a baby again? :S) and lavender, then my Mum said about Kalms sleep which my Dad uses. At first I was a bit reluctant as I immediately thought sleeping pills = falling asleep at really inappropriate moments.
