I bought a gaggia baby from an italian site during the summer. This site looks very professional and is pretending to be operating in many countries including UK. They delivered to me a machine that was not the right color and the pump was leaking , all the water was getting away from the bottom of the machine. I had to insist a lot to get a coupon and have the machine picked up by this company. It took several weeks . Then they promissed to deliver ...

I was fuming and asked for them to pick it back and give me a refund, they never answered . So I am now with a non working machine and they kept my money.
