I received the Gear 4 Street Part III as a christmas present along with an ipod! The speaker has a connecter which means it is compatible with most ipods and the ipod itself rests nicely on the speaker unlike previous speakers I have ownded in which the ipod constantly falls out! The speaker is avaliable in a few different colours meaning it can be mathed to the colour of your ipod or the kind of person you are. I bought this product about a year ago after I got fed up of listening to music through my computer which crashed continuously. I have to say, I was cautious about buying this simply because I have never owned anything like it before, but I am seriously impressed! Obviously, the most important thing is that it sounds great - which it does. I am very happy with the quality of the sound it plays (yes, including bass) and it made me use my Ipod Nano a whole lot more. It also looks good. Purchased this product about a month ago and found i was really satisfied with it. For the size of the docking station I personally believe the sound is pretty good (bass and treble quality were satisfactory) when taking into consideration cost to quality ratio. The size of the docking station is small and stylish, which i found perfect for a bed side cabinet. Durability looks good in my opinion just from the general feel of the product, but having notvdropped it or knocked it on the floor for example, can't give a more accurate description than that.
