I have many friends who say that 1210's are the golden standard in DJ equipment and they are right. However there is no point going for these unless your serious. I love mixing but I am not serious about it so I got the tt04's. I was suprised to find that they are quite close to 1210's in feel. They have a high torque motor which mean bringing those tunes in dead on time is easier. Not quite ... ...was nice to see that they had done something different in terms of presentation of the pitch slide with a metal plate surrounding this giving it a nice aesthetic design. In terms of accuracy the pitch slide is spot on.
Standard buttons such as the 36/48/72 rpm are there as well as a good target light. However the target light is easy to damage so be careful if you are as clumsy as me.
