Advantages: Very quick; cooks way more than just meat! Disadvantages: Power cord could be longer; cleaning spatula could be better
Having been sceptical of the hype surrounding these machines, I held out until just a month ago to buy one of these grills. And, having got it for just £30, I am more than impressed!
Previous to purchasing this, I was tolerating a slow, somewhat unreliable electric oven grill, and had got more than frustrated with the fact I could either grill, or oven cook. By buying this however, it's allowing me to do both at a much cheaper price than buying ... ...no time at all, I would say it takes 4-5 minutes and you're away, cooking things in less time than a standard grill would allow you to- a 1" beef burger would take up to 20 minutes in a standard grill, but is cooked in no more than 8 minutes with the Foreman.
The double grill design is excellent- two grills "sandwich" together, the weight pressing down and squeezing excess juices and fat out of your food. Since both are heated, there is no need ...

Advantages: What can't you cook on this baby? Disadvantages: Food sometimes becomes flaccid when heated
...anything!
***Design/Layout***
The George Foreman has heating slats on both top and bottom! So no need to check if the underside is done, then turn it over, oh no, this thing has all the quirks! The slats are corrigated to allow the fat to drip down into the collecting tray at the bottom. This system works quite efficiently to reduce the amount of fat in your food, making your overall eating experience a healthy one.
Also, the above compartment ... ...arteries.
I've seen the George Foreman being used for cooking many things by my mother. It can cook almost anything that you can cook in a normal grill or oven, allowing for size. Chicken is always nice when grilled I've heard.
***Downsides?***
Maybe you like fat? I know some people can be overconcious, but really, there isn't much loss of taste, if anything, taste is gained!
However, you may wish to be living with a female or a responsible male ...

Advantages: Compact, easy to use, quick cook time Disadvantages: Difficult to clean and slightly squashes your food!
I have had my George Foreman now for just over 2 years it was actually a gift when I moved into my home so didn't actually cost us anything and to be honest it didn't actually ever occur to me to buy one as I just never got the hype, whereas now I couldn't and wouldn't be without it!
When I first opened it I expected it to be difficult to use but I was wrong it is literally a case of plug in and off you go! It came supplied with 2 spatulas to clean ... ...edge of the grill to catch the drips. When you switch it on it heas up really fast about 2-3 minutes and it's really hot so you can absically get cooking straight away when you have sortd your stuff just throw it on to the bottom grill plate and then place the lid down on top of it, the lid has floating hinges so it will lift slightly to accommodate chicken breasts etc so as not to flatten it to much although thre is still some slight squashing. ...

Advantages: Cooks food wonderfully! Disadvantages: Cleaning is a pain.
George Foreman's have become so popular that almost everyone has 1 in their household, this is yet another incarnation of the ever popular device, this particular spin-off has a few problems though.
Advantages: Like its predecessors and no doubt all the Georges that follow, the grill cooks any number of foodstuffs on both sides simultaneously, additionally it drains the fat down its surface and into a small oval shaped container making whatever ... ...leg extensions, turning the sloped George into a regular surface grill, no fat is drained.
I have only mentioned the cooking of meat here, but I have it on good authority that it can indeed cook nearly anything!
The grill isn't expensive, and is a definite asset to the kitchen (especially as it's a student kitchen), it allows any number of foods to be cooked quickly and cleanly.
Disadvantages: Cleaning. The cleaning of this grill is a complete ...

Quick review of George Foreman 10032
We bought ours some three years ago and have subsequently worn it out and had to go out and buy a bigger one, we now have the bigger one with removable plates to make cleaning just that little bit easy.
The only weakness I ever found with, it was the plastic bread warmer cover.
I just wish this sourcing had been around when I was a kid ...

Advantages: Quick and easy to use and clean Disadvantages: Not a lot, really
===The most used gadget in our kitchen.===
I'm always a little skeptical about heavily hyped products endorsed by celebs that appear to have no obvious connection. This is an exception.
===You can cook just about anything on it easily.=== It has two heating elements so both sides get cooked without the bother of flipping your burger. I even toast the bread rolls at the same time.

Advantages: Easy to store and clean. Quick and simple food cooking. Disadvantages: Can dry some food out
I''ve been using the George Foreman 10032 for a few years now. It's only me and m two kids at home so find it really easy to whip out of the cupboard (hardly takes up any storage space) and cook a nice piece of salmon or steak.
I feel its a very health way of cooking as you don't need to use any oil. The only disadvantage I find with this way of cooking is that you have to be careful not to let the food dry out too much, e.g. with a fillet of salmon ... ...I use the foreman for making delicious toasted sandwiches. I find it better than using a conventional toased sandwich maker as it doesn't seal the edges, which very often keeps the sandwich too hot for too long. You get a nice griddled effect, whether it be meat or a sandwich that you are cooking.
The grill is very easy to clean as it has a non-stick coating, you just need to wipe it over when you're finished and pop it back into the cupboard. ...

This product is perfect for a two person family who enjoy healthy eating, but can't resist an english breakfast. Easy to use, brilliantly easy to clean. Whether it's sausages, bacon, toasties or fish - this cooks things perfectly and evenly. With an easy to use drip tray, there is no mess to the kitchen itself as it is all self contained. We use this every other day and really helps to cut down on unwanted smoke and odours filling our small flat. ...

...all we had was our George Formby (sorry, family joke) and the microwave to cook with. We were still able to eat in the evenings without being reduced to take-aways (yuk). Chicken, turkey, sausages, tuna, to name just some of our meals, all grilled healthily with the fat drained off into the tray below. This machine is still giving good service to us all after plenty of use. The grill doesn't take up too much space on the worktop and is easily cleaned ...
