George Foreman 12205 NEXT Grilleration

I have owned a grill before but this far surpasses it. When th previous met its maker (due to melting the cord on a hot hob) I was in two minds about getting a new one as although it was nearly perfect to cook with alerady cleaning the grill was always a bit of a pain. I bought this grill as it kept all the features of my previous grill such as easy cooking and healthy food. Exceptionally easy to use and a staple for my kitchen. The next grilleration foreman grill is easy to use as it has variable temperature settings and a built in timer, meaning all you have to do is switch it on and chuck some meat on it. Size-wise it fits about 4 chicken breasts which is a decent size, but for the price i would have liked something which could handle more food. The reason i bought one was for the removable plates, which are the best feature. My husband using this machine about 1 year. He is very happy, feel much better, lost weight (few kilos) and his cholesterol is going down. You can make fish, steak, chicken and I think all meat. I have bought other grills in the past, but have found this one the best by far. Its all pre-assembled when you get it. The instructions manual is very easy to understand and it really is just press a button and off it goes! It has variable temperature settings and you can set a timer if you chose to (it wont stop cooking when the timer finishes though). The plates are easily removed by a sliding clip on each side and are really easy to clean. Just a damp cloth will do it. The grilling area is big enough to do about 4 average sized chicken breasts. I like this newer version of the George than the older ones. I owned one of the older version and to be honest with you, it was a pain to clean, loved cooking on it, but just hated cleaning it, so when my old one packed up on me, I decided to buy the newer version . I know its expensive, but its so muc easier to clean. The plates are removable so can be cleaned in a dishwasher or in the sink. It has a timer if you choose to use it and bleeps when the time is up.
