I read the instructions on the bottle - as you do - which said I should spray moderately on my hair before blow drying, or spray on my hair directly before using straighteners. Advantages: Good quality product which works. Disadvantages: Quite expensive

As i straighten my hair quite a lot, I get quite a lot of split ends, so i decided to give this product a go.
