~ ~ As a masculine member of the species I am faced daily with the time consuming and somewhat irksome task of dragging an extremely sharp blade over my facial features in order to deplete the excess hair which has the habit of appearing there despite my best attempts to get rid of it. That’s right. In common with most others of my gender I have to shave on a daily, and sometimes twice daily, basis.

I am more than a little fond of my face, so it is important to me that the weapon I use on it does its allotted task efficiently and effectively, without leaving me looking like an extra from the film “Scarface”, or like a stand-in for the horror movie star Boris Karloff.

...using something as good as Gillette Contour. The blade shaves well.
The lubricated twin blade swivel heads are quite expensive - but they last a long time. I would say you could get five reasonable shaves out of each one.
I find there's very little 'after burn' with such a sharp razor, and I have never had a nick from one. (obviously - and if any female is reading this wondering why their fella has neck like raw steak after his shave, here's a ... ...blade is more than sharp enough to shave closely in that direction- you gain only shredded skin by going against the 'grain', and greatly increase your chances of 'nicks')
Use Gilette gel in conjunction with the Gilette blade and you have a pretty impressive duo. Quick, clean, safe, close shaves. If you have to shave everymorning before work- try this. ...

...i recently bought the razor gillette for my husband from the local chemist. Being a muslim we have to shave our pubic area whether male or female so we thought why not try the gillette for the job.
My husband used it the first time the poor guy had cuts all over his pubic area and was frustrated and demanded me to take it back. i refused as i beleive its unhygenic for them to try and re-sell such a product after it was used but my husband insisted.
