The god of war games have never really had to much story line to them but thats not why every one loves them so much although you do get drip fed a lot more information about krytos past through various cut scenes which is a nice touch. Ready at dawn have really done a brilliant job bringing the old god of war feel from the ps2 over to the psp the controls are soo tight and accurate giving the user a real feel for the in battle ...

The only title that has been released so far for the handheld, is chains of olympus. It is, more or less, a prequel to what has gone on in the other games. The levels are beautifully crafted, and the camera follows you in such a way, that you always see what you need to see. One thing that strikes you about this game, is the level of detail. ...a couple of times as it has not been very clear what i was meant to do. I have never played any of the other God of War games but this fantastic handheld offering is certainly enough to make me want to play other versions on other consoles! ...

...GAMES, BUT STILL ENJOYABLE. God of War Chain of Olympus takes place before the first game explaining what Kratos was doing for the Gods of Olympus. When the world plunges into darkness Kratos is forced to choose between his own personal redemption or saving the world of man and gods from destruction, it does explain a few things about parts of the game that you never heard or seen in God of War 1 and 2. Gameplay= feels the same as the last games ...

Graphics and sound= Close from the PS2 graphics and all blood and sweat poured into one PSP game, close to the graphics of FF7 Crisis Core but looks amazing with a lot of Greek Mythology details.
