Firstly just let me say that I'm not grossly overweight and before buying these tablets just needed to lose around 1 to 1.5 stone so was looking around for something which would help without being too much of a health risk , if any at all. I'll be honest, I did only use them for one week because I got sick of taking 9 tablets a day. However, for that time period I noticed a difference in my eating patterns.
