    Disadvantages Disadvantages Extremely poor durability, difficulty getting parts, poor service and ignorance from gorenje

    We were sold a real dummy here in my opinion as it was sold as part of a kitchen package with the recommendation that, 'they are as reliable and made by Bosch'. They are not! We should have realised we would have problems when it didn't work immediately and an engineer had to be called out. We then had to have one repair in its first year of service followed by a complete overhaul of nearly every part 22 months into its shelf life. Needless to say it has broken again - you know this when the dreaded E3 pops up in your digital readout and it is just out of guarantee. Gorenje do not want to know ... more
