Advantages: very detailed Disadvantages: Can get a little repetitive
Overview
------------
You are the manager of a formula one racing team (one of your choosing) and you mage all aspects throughout the season like selecting your drivers and researching in the various departments for engines, gears, brakes, electronics, and obviously the more you invest the greater performance will be achieved in the chosen part, but invest too much and you will soon go bankrupt.
Good Points
-----------------
If you are a formula ... ...you invest the time the learning curve is reletavly short and once you get the hang of the different aspects of the game and you like management sims you will be immersed. Freedom to hire and fire managers, drivers, mechanics, commercial people etc and tweaking the different parts ie spoilers ride height, angles here and angles there. Testing the car to find the best set up for each venue is time consuming but very addictive if you are that way inclined.
