Advantages Advantages Aroma, rich flavour, makes your sponge cakes look richer

Disadvantages Disadvantages More expensive than Cadbury's

Advantages Advantages organic, fairtrade, no sugar

Disadvantages Disadvantages If you have a sweet tooth - no sugar

Cocoa? Yes, I know, not a very popular drink these days and I must admit that my sweet tooth usually leads me towards hot chocolate. However, cocoa does make a change now and then. It can also be used for baking delicious chocolate cakes etc. There are a few recipes on their website - www.greenandblacks.com Green and Black's - there is no Mr. Green and no Mr. Black. The name is meant to symbolise what the product is - Green for organic and Black for the rich dark brown, almost black, colour of the powder (it just looks brown to me!) Packaging - A small dark brown cardboard pot with a plastic ... more
