...to write a review on Grey Goose Vodka. Well there are actually three different reasons. -Firstly I have seen this Vodka on the shelf in my local Asda and I have always been mesmerised by the design of its bottle. If ever there was a product which I would buy simply based on its packaging then a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka it would be.
-Secondly I have recently been presented with a 750cl bottle of this stuff and things always taste that little bit ... ...a glass of "That Gay Grey Groose with Orange" on a recent outing to my local Wetherspoons.
The Background

Advantages: Tastes great and can be enjoyed in a variety of drinks Disadvantages: A little more expensive than most and hard to come by in the shops
I think I would go as far as to say I have not quite found another vodka quite like this one. With it's exceptional attention grabbing packaging and it's delicious taste, I've found myself, in my opinion, a hard to beat spirit. I'm not much of a spirit drinker but I do like to have a cheeky vodka every now and then, especially during the festive season., and have to say that this knocks the socks off of other brands I have tried. I recommend this ... ...comes to alcohol as it is a little more expensive than most other brands at around £30.00 for a 70cl bottle.
This tastes absolutely fabulous after it has been stored in the freezer for optimum chill factor. Add some Lemonade and a twist of lime and you have yourself a great drink. I first was introduced to this vodka in the United states where it can be found in a vast range of liquor stores and supermarkets but originates from Western France. The ...

Advantages: great taste and the most luxurious of vodkas Disadvantages: very expencive
grey goose is a fantastic vodka...if your not on a budget (in UK) if your outside the UK u may find a 3 litre bottle for around $50 where in the uk that would cost £140 ish. 75cl is around £30 in the uk.
the taste of this vodka is beyond all others (even ones in the same price region such as belvedere) Smoth crisp and no burn on the troat! the smell is light hinting a pure vodka that has been distilled several times.
best served frozern for 8 hours ... ...must add that grey goose has a better reputation of having little hangover effect, this is because the spirit is so pure its the closest thing to water!
grey goose is the premier of vodkas because its what we all see in Hello! magasine, its a special occasion vodka. ...

Advantages: Smooth & No Rubbing Alcohol Aftertaste Disadvantages: Expensive, But You Have To Pay For Quality
This is one of the best Vodka's on the market. Smooth. Almost like drinking water, with no rubbing alcohol aftertastes you normally get with lower quality Vodka's like Smirnoff. Comes from France. To be honest, a lot of people want to know how it's made, what it says on the bottle. Does it really matter that much? Whar matters most is if it tastes good.
Anyone can look up on the internet what the bottle says, I'm merely trying to let people know ... ...it.
Put it in your freezer for an hour, then enjoy in a shot glass either sipping or shoot it.
Also is really well in mixers.
The only downside is it is a bit expensive, but at least you get quality. If you are on a budget, I suggest getting a few friends to pitch on a magnum bottle for around $100.00 Canadian. $20.00 each for six people is much better huh?
I personally like Belvedere Vodka just a little bit better. i can't really say why, but ...

Quick review of Grey Goose Vodka
I have mixed feelings about this drink really. In comparison of taste, quite honestly it isnt noticeably better than absolut, and I always mix it anyway so the subtle differences are largely lost. Apparently Snow Queen is smoother and now more premium. Although the styling is slick, I find it hard to pay such so much more for image alone, especially when its a brand thats been downgraded. As the last reviewer noted you can buy it in Asda for christ's sake. Not cool... ...
