Advantages: Great music, all the instruments, not too difficult. Disadvantages: Need wiimotes for each instrument.
...can sing. With the new guitar it's much the same as before, but there are a couple of changes to the way you play. As well as the whammy bar you now have a touch sensitive bar on the fret board which you can use either for tapping fast sections, or you can use on long notes to create a wha wha effect. The other main difference is the inclusion of tapping notes on fast sections. Rather than previous games where you have to hit the first note then ... ...like me you already own guitar hero three then that's sorted. In this mode each player can choose their difficulty level, and during the course of the game, if one player is struggling they can use star power that other players have won to keep them all in the game. And iff all your friends can't be in the same room at the same time you can team up with players on the internet and play the band mode there. And if you want the other battle modes are ...

Guitar Hero World Tour!!
No content to just have the Guitar Hero game for my Wii, last month I also bought the Guitar Hero World Tour package to really rock out. For all you failed rockers out there this is the game for you. You can be part of your own band and have all your mates round to recreate your very best Guns and Roses or the like.
The game pack comes with the game disc software, a drum kit, a guitar and a microphone. We bought the game ... ...to go with it. The guitar is plastic and I would say almost as big as a real guitar but not quite. It looks and feels like a real guitar so already the game has an authentic feel to it. It comes with a strap that you can detach and that allows you to put over your head and hold onto the guitar safely, much like a real one. When you first start out with the guitar the funniest part for us was the stickers that came with it that allow you to customise ...

Advantages: Great gameplay, Awesome soundtrack Disadvantages: Multiplayer functions can be frustrating
...game rocks! I have played guitar hero 2 and 3 before and thoroughly enjoyed them and this game does not disappoint. The guitar part is very much the same as in previous versions using the supplied guitar to press the buttons as they come up on screen and strumming when they go across the strum bar. They have also added a touch pad to the guitar which you can use to strum. However if you use this to strum it can be tempramental at times and strum ... ...very similar to playing the guitar except there are different notes and it tends to be slightly easier than the guitar. There is also a drum kit that comes with it. Personally I think this is the hardest instrument as when playing on the more difficult levels you have to hit two pads at the same time. It feels like rubbing my stomach and patting my belly at the same time. If I practised a bit more I think I might get the hang of it though. There ...

Advantages: New band instruments, more guitars and songs Disadvantages: None at all
This new version of Guitar Hero is very different for one main reason, it now includes a drum kit and microphone. World Tour takes Guitar Hero up a level, so that now four people can all play together at once. The standard band pack typically costs about £120 for the Nintendo Wii. In the band pack the player is going to recieve everything they need for the game, a guitar, microphone, and a drum kit. Unfortunately an extra guitar has to be purchased ... ...those who have never played Guitar Hero before, this is a fantastic introduction into the game. It offers more songs than any previous Guitar Hero game, and can have even more added with additional expansion packs, which I think can be purchased for around £20 - £30 each. THere are also many different customisable guitars, including all the favourites, the obvious being the Gibson Les Paul. Guitar Hero mantains the same gameplay as all previous games ...

Review of Guitar Hero: World Tour (Wii)
Advantages: realy easy to play ,loads of songs you will enjoy Disadvantages: the graphics
Guitar hero world tour where can i start.I bought this game about 2 weeks after the guitar hero 3 and i am very pleased.Their is a much wider range of songs than before ranging from relatively modern bands like paramore to good old classics like metalica .The over all graphics as expected for the wii are not what u would call next generation and are kinda cartoon but are good enough to enjoy the game.Seems relay easy to set up a new game and get ... ...same as before you do guitar battles with a few rock gods, unlock various items of clothing for your rocker, enjoy a wide range of guitars to choose from including design your own guitar, and a new feature for this version is being able to make your own songs up on music creator. over all this game then is reasonable priced for the amount of fun you will have ,its easy to use with al ot more songs than the last game .Oh and as for game play time don't ...

Advantages: Great fun and easy to play Disadvantages: Require 3 remotes to play all instruments at once
Wow, this game is just amazing fun! It's certainly the most entertaining console game I have ever owned. I love having the 3 instruments to give you a bit of variety in the game, all of which are very enjoyable, especially when you have got a few friends round to rock with you! The song choice is good, but not superb - only a fraction of the songs are recognised as mainstream "classics", however for the real rockers there is a great variety of tracks.
... ...the game and unlock new songs!
You do however require a wii remote for each of the 3 instruments, which will mean you'll have to fork out and extra 30 pounds for each extra remote.
The karaoki can also be difficult at times (if you have a small screen) as the lyrics are hard to read.
However the game is really good fun and definately worth buying. ...

Advantages: Brings in band play to the guitar hero series Disadvantages: I cant really think of any
...to the controls of the guitar first but once you've figured them out its brillant. With the online music store you can download songs from as little as 200 nintendo points (about £1.40) which isnt bad! In my opinion this is ony of the best music games on the wii. The reason is that: * You can customise your band logo.
* You can customise your character and his/her instrument
* you can play online with other people through the career mode
Then ... ...is a bit expensize still at about £149.99. but seeing as the Guitar bundle pack is now only forty pounds. its a great bargain. so if you havent already bought it go out and buy it now!

Advantages: New songs to play Disadvantages: Expensive
...as we have the first guitar hero's and like it a lot.
I was shocked at how expensive it was with the new guitar and as the old guitar works with the new game I bought the game only.
There are a lot of new songs now but I was dissapointed that none of them are very good or likable songs other then the odd one or two.
I was also dissapointed that gameplay is designed for the new guitar and brings up tips during gameplay that do not apply when using ...
