The guitar part is very much the same as in previous versions using the supplied guitar to press the buttons as they come up on screen and strumming when they go across the strum bar. ...very similar to playing the guitar except there are different notes and it tends to be slightly easier than the guitar. There is also a drum kit that comes with it. Personally I think this is the hardest instrument as when playing on the more difficult levels you have to hit two pads at the same time. Wow, this game is just amazing fun! It's certainly the most entertaining console game I have ever owned. I love having the 3 instruments to give you a bit of variety in the game, all of which are very enjoyable, especially when you have got a few friends round to rock with you! The song choice is good, but not superb - only a fraction of the songs are recognised as mainstream "classics", however for the real rockers there is a great variety of tracks. ...
...the game and unlock new songs! You do however require a wii remote for each of the 3 instruments, which will mean you'll have to fork out and extra 30 pounds for each extra remote.
