Advantages: Spray & leave it to work. Very fast acting. Disadvantages: The smell. Not easily available.
...and bought a bottle of HG Mould Remover. I've used an HG product in the past and was very impressed so I had high hopes for this spray.
~ What is it? ~
It's a half litre pump spray bottle of solution which destroys mould and algae (those yucky black or brown spots) on practically every surface you could dream of. Silicon sealant, grouting, walls, double glazing frames, plant pots, paving slabs - you name it, you can spray it on it!
The product ... ...stocks the whole gamut of HG products so I'll be tracking them down and going there soon to buy more of their sprays and stuff - if not, you can always purchase from Lakeland Limited either in person or on-line.
~ Other Info ~
Product code (for Lakeland) is 20284 and it costs £4.95 plus P&P. Rather surprisingly the HG website says that the spray can also be used to remove tea and coffee stains from plastic surfaces (not tried that!).

...in store and saw the HG Mould Remover, based on other people's reviews I thought I would give the product a try. Once home I sparayed the product on a small mouldy area and left it for 30mins and what a difference - the mould had disappeared.. Hence I sprayed the entire bathroom, left that for another 30mins and low and behold within 30mins of spraying and cleaning, the bathroom looks as though it has been newly tiled!
