...Why? Why? Why? Apparently HP Compaq do not provide telephone support., or face to face support or support via email or by letter. If you need drivers then they ask you to pay £69.95 even though the drivers were not present when you bought the PC. You need help updating them? No they don't do that either. When ask them where you can find help they refer you to PC World. PCW of course just do not want to know. Why should they? I never bought the laptop ... ...was advised to update by HP Compaq. I am writing this review on every forum I can find until HP Compaq fix my problem. Tomorrow I am going to cut my losses and bin this machine! Seriously I could not even sell it for scrap. ...

This HP Compaq laptop 610 is very good. It has a Intel Celeron M 2.10GHz processor and 160GB HDD. My dad has the same laptop. He is very happy, because this laptop is very powerful, fast and very convenient. It also contains a card reader. It is small, so you can take it with you on a journey. The HP Compaq 610 computer has many useful functions. It is inexpensive. Your children will be able to step out by playing various games such as Counter-Strike ...

(+) positive aspects include the speed, apperance/design of the laptop, and the enhanced performance. (-) i have a matt black laptop and it shows dirty finger prints.
