Well I bought one quite cheaply but it only had 256 ram and a 40gb hard drive. I only spent a tad under £100 to upgrade it from the original spec to 2gb of ram and put in a whopping 500GB hard drive and now its a brilliant computer. There are various USB ports which mean I can have my keyboard, mouse, phone, iPod plugged in - with ports left over and the computer still not slowing down...
