This PC is a alround machine what can produce some nice speed on most applications and can run games very smoothly. Has a nicehard drive with alot of space, it can hold alot of music and work files. The prosseser can also give out some good speed for quickness oif the computer. Surfing the internet can be alot faster with this PC and alot smoother for work places.

...word I can use for HP is trust. I never have serious issues with HP servers or workstations.
This workstation is very solid looking, if a bit bland. It has a good quality feel and seems bullet-proof!
It has an incredibly powerful processor and a decent amount of Ram, which is what makes all the difference when doing work. Dare I say it, but put a decent graphics card in an you would have a decent gaming machine!
This is a business workstation, ... ...is perhaps unfair to criticise HP for a Microsoft product, but is part of the purchase price. I have found that it tends to crash and slow down at the most ridiculous times, and it gets incredibly irritating.
Rather than staying away from it altogether though, just wait for the next service pack.
Interestingly, the machine scores 3.2 in the Windows Vista performance test, which is a pretty good score for a workstation.

Advantages: Very fast, dual core and supports vista. Disadvantages: Only 4 gigs of ram supported
...my home. I would trust HP compac and they are the only pc i have ever bought. Runs video editing apps with no problem (the Adobe master collection).
The only problem i have with it is that the motherboard only supports up to 4 gb of ram, i would have liked to be able to use 16 gb for my video editing.

By the ways Just change all the hardware I mention above with :
- Nvidia 6800GT Pcie
- 400 GB SATA HD Maxtor
- 3 GB DDR II Corsair XMS Platinum
- Creative SB. Live Audigy (Platinum or Value) not so many quite difference at all.
