Advantages: Good battery life and features Disadvantages: Had several problems, looks bulky and unstylish
I have owned this laptop now for about 2 years and in those 2 years, I have had a few problems. My mouse sensor failed, it began by freezing and then on and off not working so i went into pc world and asked them about the problem, they said that it would be expensive to fix so recommended buying a cord mouse, which I did but I have to plug into the usb port, this is annoying as the laptop only has 3, so then there are 2 spare, and there always has ... ...work! The second problem I experienced was the computer just completely crashing... I was half way through writing an essay and it just turned itself off, so I just assumed the battery had gone, so turned it back on, to see a black screen with some random computer words on, I called the technical helpline and they said it would have to be completley wiped and I would loose everything that was on my computer.
