The HP Deskjet 610c is a budget range printer. I admit that’s the reason for which I purchased it. The printer is quite a large bulky device, with both paper trays sticking out of the front, so it requires a fair amount of desk space. Two buttons are on the front of the case, an off/on button and a paper feed button. The HP Deskjet 610c is a very good printer. However, it is quite expensive to run if you are using a lot of ink. The cartridges do cost a lot of money to replace, but you can get cartridges made by other manufacturers that are a fraction of the price and work just as well as the HP cartridges. When I frist got this printer I thought that it was a good printer. It proved me wrong after about four days. This printer randomly turns off and prints crap. When ever I turn it on it prints a page or two. Some times its blank, but most of the time it has four or five lines of letters they don't make since have any meaning. this printer also goes through an ink cartarge after about 100 pages of normal typeing. I bought the HP deskjet printer about 2 years ago now from pc world. It cost me about £79.99, which isn't too expensive. It's probably even cheaper now though. It's a good printer but quite bulky, so you do need space to put your printer. It's very easy to use. The paper tray is at the front which sticks out. ...not recommended buying this printer if you want to print a lot of photo's off. The colour print resolution is 300 dpi by 300 dpi, which isn't brilliant now a days. I found them cheaper at the supermarket. I would recommend buying this printer for text work but not for photo's. ...
