style meets performance

Advantages: stylish, compact and slick
Disadvantages: poor touch pad & sub par graphics

The HP imprint finish looks excellent, and the quickplay system is excellent, however my favourite feature, corny as it may be is the concealled remote control, which slots above the multimedia card reader at the side of the laptop. the processor at 1.6 ghz is not the most powerful however being that is a 64 bit duo processor it allows you to multi task to great effect. ...is the touch pad, as hp have made the touch pad and left and right click buttons flush, you occasionally touch the mouse pad when trying to click, the other small thing is the dvd drive, it is set into the side with the open button being set back into the drive, this makes it a little annoying opening the drive (which itself is excellent). Fine until it falls over

Advantages: Good looking, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Bit heavy, not robust, very poor aftercare, could use more memory

This is a good looking laptop but it gets grubby quickly it runs quite well. It is a bit on the heavy side and is therefore not so hot on the portability. My machine has not proved to be terribly robust as the DVD drive has failed after about 11 months - I did not make excessive use of it either. Unfortunately you should be aware that the aftercare is not so good. I was advised that in order to replace the DVD writer the hard drive would be formatted ...
