HP Pavilion F1523

I chose this monitor mainly because the screen display quality appeared noticibly sharper to my eyes than others in a similar price range. It's resolution is 1024 x 768. The other leading attraction was it's clean simple design, it's matt light silver finish with no fancy distractions around the screen area, it blends into any living area. I was also swayed by it's dual inbuilt speakers although I must say this is the one area I was disappointed with, the sound quality was not the best and I ended up using separate speakers instead. I like this flat screen. Bought mine about July last year at Comet for £229.99 less 10%. I got the discount because my girlfriend works for the Kingfisher Group. Anyway I built my own computer and decided I wanted a flat screen to go with it. Make it look really trendy and cool. I love it I think it's great, works perfectly and with a decent graphics card, perhaps a 3D graphics card, the viewing on this screen will be of high quality. The model I got is 15" and it is very suitable for home use, I have had no complaints. Only advice I give is when you buy a TFT ask the shop you will only buy it ... more
