I purchased this product in mid May. It ceased to work on June 26th after experiencing a severe hard drive failure.The telephone support line was useless, and I found myself repeatedly transferred, put on hold and inadvertently hung up on. The company would not ship me a replacement due to the fact that my shipping address differed from my billing address. ...
