HP Workstation Xw4600

Pretty good machine - we use it for graphics work and it handles everything well. Plenty of expansion space for additional drives. quality build with excellent case. Hard to fault it really. we added a high end graphic card ( at £350) and it became a dream machine. Renders video and Adobe Dreanweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator with ease. I worked with many of these at my old job (fully equipped model). Engineers who Design used these models, and were very content with it. The fan is silent, which is a big step up from its predecessor the XW4400 which sounded like a plane was taking off ever time you would boot it up. Great speed for running multiple applications, as well as 3D design. I recommend putting in the extra money to get it fully equipped, so that you can run this for a good 3-4 years and even more. i dont personally own one of theese but i have used my freinds on sevral occasions and she has spoken to em about it also. She says she has never had any problems with it and that is easy to opertae. when i used it , it was great no issues quick as i needed ad has everything i could i want, from the price she paid its very good value als at £699. the processer is enough and the hard drive is more than enough. the 4 gb of memory is great for teh price of this system. i ahve my own pc and i paid more for ine and its not half as good i am gettin a new one soon , i think i will buy one of these or ... more
