...is desirable. I chose the HP IPAQ Data Messenger, the new breed of IPAQ PDA/smartphone. It comes preloaded with Windows professional 6.1 including pocket word/excel and powerpoint. It boasts a touch screen with stylus etc. Although the phone is feature rich and has what you would expect of a PDA I think that there are a few problems: 1. Battery Life is very poor. After running the phone for a week or so I ordered the extended battery upgrade from ... ...a better choice. Overall I wouldn't recommend this phone. When compared to the slick e-mail capability of a Blackberry or the touch friendly/easy to use iPhone/HTC, I couldn't recommend the HP Ipaq Data Messenger as a worthy alternative. Hopefully HP will do better with their next release.... ...
