It's use of the Microsoft Operating System allowed me to link it with my Outlook Inbox meaning that I could send and receive e-mails on the go. It does everything i want it to, Internet Explorer, Active sync with PC, reads documents and excel files, plays powerpoint slides, uses WIFI and IrDA (Inrared). ...had returned their devices to HP to be fixed, but a number of enterprising individuals had worked out their own 'unsupported' fix which was quite 'involved' but being a PDA veteran and an IT professional I took this route (mainly as I didn't want to be without my PDA !) and luckily it worked.
