I've used HQhair.com on a number of occassions to but shampoos, conditioners and hair styling products. I have always found this to be an incredibly pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. The website itself is very easy to use. You select from a range of drop down boxes what you are looking for - male/female or hair/make-up and so on. The pages load really quickly and you can get to the products that you are interested in very quickly indeed. ...

I have just used HQ hair to buy a pair of GHD's. I was looking for somewhere safe to buy from, HQ was attractive for two main reasons: 1] the best online price 2] use Quidco and get extra 6% cashback I placed my order on Saturday, when there was no confirmation of order, I emailed them. I received reply Monday morning (I don't think they reply to anything over the weekend). It confirmed order received, gave me tracking number etc. Irons received first thing Tuesday morning. Gone onto www.ghdhair.com/uk and registered them without problem - 100% genuine. Can't fault customer service or delivery time, I expect it would have been even quicker had I ordered on a weekday. I was grabbed by the cosmetic counter and had erase paste applied , I instantly looked less tired and washed out. As I went to bed that night and took off my make up including the erase paste I realised how well it had concealed my dark circles. I have found that applying the paste with your finger is much easier than using the applicator, and works well on spots as well. This is now a firm favorite, and if I don't have time to put make up on I use this as the difference to my face is amazing. As an extremely pale person as well this is good with the difference choices of skin tones, as I don't look like I've been tangoed ...

...have only purchased once from HQhair but I was completely satisfied with my purchase! What I bought was a lip balm and some ghd straighteners earlier this year. The products arrived within a few days - so it was fairly fast. It arrived in a box to hold it all, and the box you could tell hadn't been bashed around as it was in perfect condition. The postage was only £3.05 which was good for the size of my order - many online sites would charge £3.95 ...

I brought this product as it was compared to YSL well known concealer (the gold pen). I have quite fair skin that tans so i brought a medium but still was abit to light. However the product was lovely, it is really easy to blend, looks good on the skin and actually does what is says it will, it covers dark circles or blemishs and light reflects them, just the colours are hard to get right. I used to love HQ Hair but have now been completely let down by them twice in a row. I have ordered two lots of presents for friends from them recently and both times the items did not arrive. The first time they were aplogetic and sent my friend an apology along with some samples.
