They first of all told me that i had 2 policies with them and then i found out it is the same policy 1 on my Overdraft and 1 on my Credit Card but the Policy is 1 whole policy and covers both. ...had this cover through the halifax for 15 years and moved house 5 times with them each time i was asked do i want to continue with the life and redundency and sickness cover i replied yes and it continued, by my 6th move id been put on staff at work and got paid when off sick so thought i dont need the cover anymore so could save £47 per month so when asked do i need redundency and sickness cover by the halifax i said no i dont, so i moved house ...
