Advantages: well made site, cheap Disadvantages: none i could see
i was looking for a few pieces of networking kit for work . i needed two new 24 port cisco switches and a few patch cables. originally i was looking to buy them both from different sources as i assumed that would be cheaper. however once i ciao'd (my daughter uses it to buy music) for the WS-C3750-24TS-S cisco switches i wanted i came across hardware.com. the site was well made and looked more professional than most i come across, easy to navigate ... ...patch cables i was looking for with a 70% discount! i decided to call the sales staff to finalise my order for the switch and the cables the sales staff were very helpful and really knew what they were talking about which is always nice. the delivery arrived next day impressive enough before you consider it was free! all in all i was pleasently suprised with the service i received - a rare thing these days! ...

Advantages: Quick, Efficient, Friendly, Easy, Convenient Disadvantages: English only, Shipping charge for orders under £50
...I was contacted to say the router had been dispatched and I received my order on time, in perfect condition plugged it in and was running my very own home LAN in no time. From start to finish there were no problems. I would certainly recommend and use hardware.com again. ...
