Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the third book in the Harry Potter series by the prizewinning writer J. K. Rowling. Having read and re-read all four of the books in the series so far, I would say that this is without a doubt the best one by far. ...I have just finished reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. This follows the third year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for our friend, Harry Potter – not forgetting the wonderful Ron Weasley and the rather irritating but good hearted Hermoine Granger (who is much less annoying in the book than she was in the film!). Disadvantages: A little dark and scary and maybe not suitable for younger children.

The Harry Potter series is quickly becoming a modern day classic as children all around the world enjoy the wonders of the world of Hogwarts. As I write this opinion, a movie is being filmed by Time Warner telling the tale of the sorcerer’s (or philosopher’s) stone. K Rowling.
