I met this game on my brother's N64 and liked it immediately.After that, I kept finding another version of it and had played three other version on Gameboy and Gameboy color in turn.The next one is Harvest Moon: Back to Nature on PS( although I don't have PS , I play by emulation on my PC) and now It's FoMT.This ... ...for you, whenever you want it.
I've stop playing this version but still looking for another one, It's getting better but trust me, never for get to try this game Harvest Moon: friend of Mineral Town.It's just such a wonderful product of Natsume on GBA.

Advantages: Very Original.Once you start , you can't stop Disadvantages: none.
Sims fans will totally get addicted to this game.You could call it The Sims - Farmers or another geeky name like that but the point is this game is THE most addictive game ever on the GBA.
The Game:

You first start off with an old farm that was given to you by your grandfather and you have to bring it back to life. When your starting, as the days go on people will actually teach you about the game system. There is a shipping box inside ... ...chickens), Milk (from cows)

...the sims on game boy. Harvest moon is the ever popular farming game! When I first heard the game plan I was seriously bewildered and thought how dull it sounded, so I'll try my best!
Basically, you inherit a farm and your job is to run it. Boring huh? NO! There is so much to do in this came you wil never get bored. Firstly you get a dog and a horse, which you get to name. Then you go around the village finding little things which you can put in ... ...few days you get to harvest them either for selling for more money or to make exciting dishes.
With the money you make, you can also buy sheep, cows and chickens which again you get to name. You have to look after them, else they grow sick, with chickens laying eggs, shearing the sheep and the cows giving milk for more money.
As if this wasn't fulfilling enough, you make friends with the town people, and gradually find yourself a wife after wooing ...

Harvest Moon is a game centered around farming the land and tending to your livestock, and making friends in the nearby town along the way. From this limited point of view the game sounds like the worst game that has ever been released, but in fact it is one of the most addictive and fun experiences available on the Gameboy Advance and the Nintendo DS.
The game begins with your character inheriting a farm from your deceased friend who you had come ... ...your job to get the farm back to a good standard by planting crops and raising your animals. Over the course of the game you can enter various town competitions, meet new people in town, play with your dog, and even find yourself a wife!. The gameplay of the game is very fun, and it gets more challenging as you go on, with various weather hazards that appear that you must prepare your farm for.

...you how much i ADORE Harvest Moon, there's so much to do!! I played this game for so long and i never got bored of it! I got to the part when i got married and i had a 2 year old baby boy named Andrew! And then i couldn't play it after that because it got deleted =( (i was playing the game on the pc thats why) However, ther's more versions of Harvest Moon! I played the PS2 game called Harvest Moon Save The Homeland. And although it's on PS2 and the ... ...had an end to it after just one year. (game years) The aim of the game was to save the homeland in a year and so if you haven't done so then the game ends like that and you have to start all over again! (you see i wasn't aware of that so i was kind of pissed about that having spent so much time and effort into it)! If people heard about a game about farming they would think - BORING.! But it's not, especially Friends Of The Mineral Town. It's amazing ...
