It is simply the way it disassembles that causes the problem. The delivery man said it happened before with Concordes - so Harveys must be well aware of the issue. We then went back to harveys to collect our refund, again we were waiting a few minutes before the manager casually walked over, asked for our card, no questions asked, no apologies, not even an attempt to save the sale! Ignorant, poor customer service and perhaps that explains why in a retail park that attracts 3,000+ customers a day minimum that we were the only people in his shop. "My leather suite consisting of a 3 & 2 seater was purchased 2 years ago from Harveys, Within the first couple of months the arms on the 3 seater broke 3 times and they had to come out and fix it. He agreed to 3 replacement chair covers but the damage to the sideboard was not great but was irreparable and we would either be given a new one or offered a good discount by Harveys within the next couple of days.
