Do not use this company unless you have tried the goods you intend to buy at a retailer first. They will hide behind hygiene laws to avoid accepting returns for unfit goods. If a pair of headphones do not fit, too bad - you've opened them and this mob will refuse to talk to you.

Very unhappy with the service from headphoneworld.com. Slow response to emails and the telephone just rang and rang... i'm going to be shopping elsewhere in the future!
