Heart and Soul - Maeve Binchy

As readers to my page know, I have had a bit of a Marian Keyes spell of reading, so I thought I would have a change. Not much of a change, to be fair, as I returned to a previous favourite for easy reading, in Maeve Binchy. Again, another Irish female author, and one who I trust to give me a good yarn at the end of a busy day. I bought this Orion book (hardback edition) on my trip to London last month. Usually, I try to take my time reading Maeve Binchy's novels but I've finished now and can say a few words about it today. I went to Waterstone's to get it because it's my favourite English bookshop. I don't regret it for I paid £ 12,99 instead of £ 18,99. What's more, there is an enclosed CD with 3 short stories read by Kate Binchy. I have been reading Maeve Binchy's novels for a dozen years now.
