Advantages: Wonderful fairy story, good characters, lovely fantasy Disadvantages: one in a series, might not understand unless read others
...Ruby through to this book Heather the Violet fairy which is the last in the series. Each is only 80 pages long and the text is large and simple. The idea of these books is to encourage reading and imagination, rather than actually be taxing and a word learning experience. I would say these are very much leisure reads as apposed to challenging. The basic stroy line for this book is all about Heather, the last in the line up to be introduced from the ... ...a bit more. Heather lives with the other fairies, in Fairyland. It is home to seven colorful sisters - The Rainbow Fairies! Their job is to keep Fairyland dazzling and bright. But in this book, evil Jack Frost sends them far away, and the sisters are in big trouble.
