If you are wanting a garden to visit in North Yorkshire then look no further than the fantastic Helmsley walled garden. Set next to the historic Helmsley castle right in the centre of town this restored garden has an interesting mix of flowering plants , fruit and vegetables . Thrown in additionally are lovely rabbits , pigs , cats , hens and the like . The garden is a charity and although not fully complete is restoring an old orchid house over the winter.
