I've had this all-singing, all-dancing printer for 2 years now, which would seem to suggest it's both useful and reliable....wouldn't it? Well, yes and no. Oh, and it doesn't sing or dance, which may be disappointing for some. What it is supposed to do is print (on both sides of the page, among other things), scan and photocopy. I have owned the HP Deskjet F2290 for over a year now. In this review I will tell you about my experience with it. The F2290 gives great print quality for it's price. The scanner also offers decent quality. The Photocopy feature is a great time saver instead of scanning and then printing. The connection is High Speed USB 2.0 but it also works well with USB 1.0. The Deskjet F2290 is built well and is relatively easy to use. It's fast too, printing up to 20 Pages per minuute! On the other hand, the F2290 uses up ink cartridges very quickly.
