My granddaughter is a great little eater – not fussy, will try anything and loves really strong taste. At the fabulous age of 12 months (Oct 09) she has a really highly developed taste for so many varieties of foods.
Last week we took her for her injections and unfortunately one of the side effects was slightly swollen glands in her little throat. Needless to say her wonderful appetite disappeared. ... ...a friends jar of HIPP organic pasta in tomato and herb sauce. She loved it and ate the whole jar in seconds.
I believe that this was down to the fact that the smoother mixture of this 6 month age range was soft on her swollen throat but still had the tastiness her tongue could sense.
