Advantages: No missing pixels, looks great Disadvantages: A little expensive
I bought this monitor from Overclockers.com one of only two retailers shipping these monitors in the UK for £370 last year. It arrived the next day and has no missing pixels (Hitachi had the least of any brands) and is really clear and crisp and works great including with lots of high spec games. It is based on the new high refresh rate LCD technology which means that there is absolutely no blurring of games or DVDs and no annoying trails when moving ... ...monitors. It comes with both a regular DSUB and DVI connector and if your graphics card doesn't have a DVI port then the DSUB is perfectly good enough. The onscreen controls are simple and easy to use.
