Advantages Advantages A fantastic, stealth game

Disadvantages Disadvantages A lot of trial and error, and also has slow restarts

The next Hitman game of the PS2 has arrived, and it beats all the previous ones easily. Even though some will see it as a sick game, they will not be able to deny that it is a brilliant one. The bald Hitman is on his final journey on the PS2, and is the best one he has ever been on. Playing this game can teach you the skills of patience, the skill of planning ahead and delaying pressure. Waiting for just the right moment to strike. If it wasn't for the poisoning, garrotting, crushing, stabbing, electrocuting and shooting, the game could be classed as educational software. This game has taken ... more

Advantages Advantages Great gameplay, good levels and customisable weapons

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Trigger happy AI

Blood money is the latest in a long line of great hitman games and features some great tweaks that really make gameplay alot more entertaining and fufilling. The game continues the same basic premise as the previous games - kill some evil drug selling and/or mass murdering and/or arms dealing evil person by sneaking past his small army of body guards and garroting him with a fibre wire, and to that extent not much has changed from the previous games - you still have to kill people who are often overly bad (for example killing black-mailing porn barrons or prostitue-pedeling opera singers) ... more

Advantages Advantages Great graphics, Very addictive and enjoyable, do missions your way!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Level has to load every time you restart, lots of practise and paitence needed!

---STORY--- The back of the case says: Hitman's back, drawing you closer than ever into his deadly world where staying anonymous, being smart and totally ruthless are the key to a perfect execution. Lucrative contracts on the rich and powerful in high profile locations, make killing for money good business. But when a rival agency enters the scene it's war and only the best man will be left standing. The game is about 47's life and the "hits" he has performed. Short game cliips at the start of each mission show a scarred man in a wheel chair telling a reporter about the hits 47 had performed ... more

Advantages Advantages Silent hit or mass slaughter, its your choice !

Disadvantages Disadvantages Leaves you wanting more contracts, hahaha.

There have been many growth industries over the years, too many to mention, but one your not likely to hear too much about is the line of business our hero (or is that anti-hero) agent 47 is in and just happens to be the best at it in the process. Merces Letifer... Thats 'death as business' to us who do not speak in the latin tongue. And business is good, so good in fact that in this, the fourth installment in the franchise a rival agency is plotting to wipe out 47 and his employers, the International Contract Agency (ICA)to claim a monopoly of sorts within the killing sector. Blood Money sees ... more

    Advantages Advantages Good graphics

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Hard to complete

Name of the game: Hitman: Blood Money Platform: Xbox (Also on Xbox 360, PC, PS2) Genre: Action My points: 8 Comments: After briefly playing the original Hitman: Codename 47, and its second successor, Hitman: Contracts, I would be considered new to the Hitman scene. After getting the demo on a demo disc, I decided to give it a whirl. The first thing I noticed was how 'clean' 47 looks. It may just be that I'm used to seeing him in Codename 47, I'm not sure - but what I am sure of, is, it looks stunning! The first level, like the demo level, is a tutorial. As you progress you get objectives on ... more

Advantages Advantages excellent story line, great graphics and gameplay, plenty of things to do so alot of replay value

Disadvantages Disadvantages some missions can be hard to figure out, AI can be weak at times

Hitman:Blood Money is the latest(and greatest) game from EA's mega selling Hitman series. The first Hitman game, Hitman: Codename 47 came out just under 6 years ago and altogether there have been 4 games in the series. Though largely similar to previous games, blood money is a major leap forward in terms of gameplay and graphics. It is quite obvious EA/IO have built upon the obvious strengths of the game and filtered out elements which hadn't worked so well. Add to this the technological advancements of previous years and you get a very good game indeed. OK then, the story is very much ... more

Advantages Advantages Gripping, Tense and Action-Packed

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Can Be Frustrating

Hitman: Blood Money is the latest installment of the Hitman game series, and it is definately one of the best. You are Agent 47, a genetically modified clone that is the best assasin money can buy. With weapons ranging from the standard assasins fiber wire, to double Silverballers, to a long-range high-velocity sniper rifle, you'll never be lost on ideas on how to assasinate your subject. Blood Money is very well based around missions, where you accept contracts to peform. What is special about these missions, is there is more than one way to achieve the objective. From placing a bomb in the ... more

Advantages Advantages Open-ended stealth action gameplay

Disadvantages Disadvantages AI not that great.

No. 47 is back, and for those who have my other reviews on the Hitman series will know that I have been very scathing towards the Hitman franchise, and I delighted to report that the latest title has finally managed to iron most of the glitches and flaws that have dogged a potentially fantastic game. To begin with, I have to emphasise that no prior experience is required of the previous games, indeed, the game is a lot better if you havent played the others because you will feel a palpable sense of frustration that some of the weaknesses of the other titles are still present. That said, with ... more

Advantages Advantages Everything. It's The Best. And Ill Explain Why.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None. Honestly.

I have loved and completed all of the Hitman games, including this one and have enjoyed all of them. After each one i have also declared it one of the best games i have ever played. Blood Money is no exception. It is easily in my top 5 games ever and i have played a lot of games. The beauty of the game is...well...everything. The graphics are top-notch, the gameplay is second to none and the addictiveness and sheer playability is the best i have ever encountered. All of the Hitman games have been unique in that you can complete the missions in several ways. You can go all out and kill everyone ... more

Hitman: Blood Money is the stealth game released in early 2006 and produced by IO Interactive and Eidos Interactive. The story follows the bald clone assassin Agent 47 formerly seen in the earlier hitman Games (Hitman: Codename 47, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin and Hitman contracts.) As the game starts you are greeted with a small cinematic and the menu screen with a haunting rendition of "Ave Maria" playing throughout. The game begins with a flashback at a Baltimore amusement park, where dozens die in an accident caused by negligent maintenance of a Ferris wheel. The father of one of the victims ... more
