Advantages: Improve your mood, concentration and increase your vocabulary Disadvantages: They're a bit pricey and information is limited
...cheap at about £6 from Holland and Barratt and are made by 'Gerard House'. I'd reccomend these ones because they are suitable for veggies and vegans and are free of artifical anything, and are small enough so that they don't get stuck in your throat and gagged back up again unlike those made by 'Good 'N' Natural': The capsule shell is geletine and they're massive.
'Gerard House' have 250mg of St John's Wort and 1 or 2 tablets should be taken thrice ... ...one should be taken 3 times a day.
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding they should be avoided and they aren't reccomended for children under 12. The horse pills state that skin may become photo sensitive, so you should limit your time in the sun, but my 'Gerard House' ones don't state this.
I was going to wait to write this op until I'd been using them for longer than the month, but I noticed an improvement after a couple of weeks and demand them ...

the packaging was not child proof however with a flip-open lid.

- -What it treats- -
St John's Wort can treat many different things including improving your circulation, can relieve PMT, it can fight retroviruses, simple little colds and it can also help people who struggle to sleep. However the main thing it is recognised ... ...advice.

The shelf price for 100 capsules is £8.49 but when found in a campaign, will dramatically drop. If you intend to take a lot, my advice would be to wait for it to go into a deal then stock up while you can so ...
